Zachary Kent is the founder and driving force behind the business. A former U.S. Marine and certified personal trainer, Zach brings a disciplined, no-nonsense approach to fitness while remaining supportive, motivating, and results-focused.

With advanced certifications in osteoblast training, kettlebell instruction, special populations, water aerobics, and obstacle race preparation, Zach specializes in building customized programs for adults of all ages and ability levels. Whether you’re working to increase bone density, prepare for an obstacle race, regain mobility, or simply build lifelong strength, Zach meets you where you are and pushes you to where you want to be.

From beginners to competitive athletes, Zach’s mission is simple: build strong, capable bodies and confident minds—on land, in water, and everywhere in between.

Coach Marcus Bryant is a high-energy, results-driven trainer with a deep passion for athletic performance and functional strength. A former Pop Warner football coach, semi-pro football player, track and cross-country runner, and Orlando Europa Performance Record Holder for 320 shoulder lateral raises (“Mr. 320”), Marcus brings real-world athletic experience into every session.

Marcus specializes in power training, strength development, and endurance conditioning. He works with athletes looking to improve performance as well as adults focused on maintaining mobility, strength, and stamina.

Coach Michael Oliva is a certified personal trainer and NPTI graduate with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Known for his friendly energy and supportive coaching style, Michael makes fitness both approachable and effective.

He has experience working with adults of all fitness levels, including older adults, and provides guidance in nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits. Michael believes in meeting clients where they are and challenging them safely and confidently toward lasting change.
